The Bearbroidery difference

Real embroidery. Put it to the test.

01 · LOOK CLOSE Dense, full stitches

Zoom in: the design is built from thousands of tight stitches. No fabric showing through, no blurry edges.

02 · RUB IT Nothing flakes off

Run your hand over it. It’s raised thread, not a layer of ink, so there is nothing to crack or peel.

03 · WASH IT Wash after wash

Cold wash, inside-out. Thread doesn’t crack like print does, so the design keeps its shape.

04 · FLIP IT Clean on the inside too

Turn it inside out: a neat stabiliser backing locks every stitch in place and keeps it soft against your skin.

05 · FEEL IT 280 GSM, heavyweight

Thick cotton that holds its shape and never turns see-through.

Bearbroidery vs the rest

Premium quality, not premium prices.

Most anime merch is a print on thin cotton, made to be cheap. Every Bearbroidery piece is embroidered thread by thread onto heavyweight fabric in our own studio, and priced so fans can actually own it.

Zoom in. That's thread, not ink.

Typical anime merch Bearbroidery

Design Printed ink that sits on top Embroidered with real thread

Fabric 140–180 GSM, thin and clingy 280 GSM tees · 420 GSM hoodies

Every line is planned before a single stitch.

02 · STITCH Thousands of stitches

Thread by thread, right into the fabric.

03 · FINISH Trimmed and checked

Finished by hand before it ships.

Wash Guide
Embroidered apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. NEVER USE CHLORINE

If you notice any color residue in the water, rinse the garment in lukewarm water and then in cold several times, try not to rub any stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can also be dry-cleaned.

After washing, don't leave the clothing to soak or lie in a pile while wet. Don't wring out the embroidered items, but if you want to tumble-dry them, use a cool air setting.

If the garment needs ironing, do it inside-out, preferably between two pieces of cloth. You shouldn't wet embroidery before ironing or use a steam iron.

It is preferred to keep it away from the sun when drying.
